AST was formed in 1980 to support the ministry of David and Gwenyth Carling, originally in caring for Christian workers, but developed over the years in different aspects of international Mission.
AST has very low operational costs. We make no deductions from any donations received for projects, passing on 100% of all gifts received.
We currently receive and transmit donations for two key projects –
- Project Nigeria – supporting the persecuted church in Northern Nigeria through the wide ranging relief, counselling and advocacy work of Stefanos Foundation under their director Mark Lipdo.
- Project ‘Finishing the Task’ – supporting indigenous workers in spreading the Gospel to the least reached people groups of the world.
